Privacy Notice

Third parties
We engage subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, and analytics where permitted by your preferences. Subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data processing terms consistent with this notice. We do not sell personal information. If we introduce a new subprocessor that materially affects risk, we will update this page and, where required, provide notice before processing begins. You may request a current list of categories of recipients by emailing our contact address. International transfers rely on appropriate safeguards where data leaves Korea, described further in the scope section.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for legitimate dispute resolution. Export metadata tied to deliverables is retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years where necessary to demonstrate service performance under enterprise agreements, unless a shorter period is agreed in writing. Cookie preference records are kept for twelve months from last update. When retention periods expire, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data where feasible. Backup systems may retain residual copies for a limited technical window before automatic purge.
Use of data
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver services, secure our systems, and improve product usability. Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand navigation patterns in aggregate. We do not use personal data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review where such review is required. Marketing communications are sent only with consent and can be withdrawn at any time. Operational communications about security or contractual changes may be sent as necessary without marketing consent.
Data collected
We collect identifiers such as name, email address, company name, and phone number when you submit forms. Technical logs may include IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security monitoring. If you upload exports as part of a service, we process file contents strictly according to your instructions and contractual scope. We avoid collecting sensitive categories unless strictly necessary and lawful; in such cases we will document purpose and basis before processing begins.
Your rights
Depending on applicability, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where grounds relate to your particular situation. You may lodge a complaint with the Korea Personal Information Protection Commission or another competent authority. We verify requests to prevent unauthorized disclosure and respond within timelines required by law. Where deletion conflicts with legal retention duties, we will explain the limitation and apply minimization instead.

Scope
This notice applies to personal data processed through cennirest.digital and related services operated by MetricHarbor. It does not apply to third-party sites linked for convenience. Where local law grants broader protections, those protections prevail. Children’s services are not directed to minors; if you believe we have collected a child’s data inadvertently, contact us for prompt deletion. Changes to this notice are posted with a revised date; substantive changes affecting ongoing processing will be communicated as required by law.
Refund Policy

Scope
This Refund Policy applies to digital benchmark report purchases and related advisory sessions sold directly by MetricHarbor through agreed order forms or checkout instructions provided by sales. It supplements the User Agreement. Prices are listed in KRW and are informational on the website; executed orders may include taxes or adjustments stated in writing. If you purchased through a reseller, reseller policies may apply instead, and you should contact them first.

Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] with your order reference, date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will acknowledge receipt within three business days and may request additional verification to protect accounts. Phone inquiries may be routed to the same mailbox to maintain an audit trail. Please avoid including unnecessary personal data unrelated to the request.
Timeframe
You may request a refund within fourteen days of delivery for standard digital packs if you have not substantially consumed the materials. Substantial consumption includes downloading all appendices, attending included workshops, or redistributing deliverables internally beyond preview use. Advisory sessions that have already occurred are non-refundable for that portion. Processing of approved refunds is targeted within fourteen business days from approval, subject to payment provider timelines.
Process
We review requests against eligibility criteria and may offer replacement deliverables or scheduling credits where a refund is not legally required but service fell short. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative reasonable method. You will receive written confirmation of the outcome. Partial refunds may apply when only a subset of milestones was deficient. Chargeback initiation should follow this process first except where your card network rules require otherwise.
Exceptions
Custom research, bespoke cohort builds, and expedited delivery surcharges are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except for failure to deliver entirely. Promotional bundles are refunded as a package; partial refunds within a bundle are not available unless required by law. If deliverables were provided under a pilot with explicit no-refund language signed by an authorized representative, that language controls. Security-driven terminations for misuse are not eligible for refund.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on timely notice, good-faith cooperation with troubleshooting, and compliance with license restrictions. Enterprise agreements may supersede this policy only where explicitly stated in writing. Consumer protections under the Korean Framework Act on Consumers may grant additional rights; where they conflict, those rights prevail.
